At Abena Rowe Ministries, the mission is to encourage healing, embrace our God-given strength, and boldly share our stories to inspire healing in others. The ministry is rooted in biblical principles and committed to creating faith-filled spaces where men, women, children and adolescence feel seen, supported, and empowered, to turn their pain into purpose and their testimonies into powerful tools for transformation.

We provide telehealth coaching via Google Meet, making it easy to connect from the comfort of your home. Coaching is available for:
- Women (all life stages)
- Tweens (ages 10–12)
- Teens (ages 13-17)
- Families
- Stay-at-home moms
- Married couples
- Pre-marital couples
Community Outreach & Service Projects
A call to action! We serve local communities through hands-on outreach—whether it's feeding the hungry, supporting shelters, or organizing back-to-school drives—showing God’s love through service.
Her Story
Abena Rowe is a woman of faith, purpose, and passion. Shaped by a journey marked with both challenges and triumphs, she has devoted her life to encouraging others through the power of storytelling, healing, and spiritual growth.
Her life’s testimony is one of resilience, having overcome trauma, rejection, and seasons of isolation. Through it all, Abena has remained anchored in her faith, drawing strength and clarity from her intimate relationship with God. Her authenticity, warmth, and vulnerability invite others to confront their pain, rediscover their worth, and walk boldly in healing.
With a heart for women and a calling to create safe spaces rooted in biblical principles, Abena empowers others to reclaim their voice, stand in their truth, and embrace the beauty of their unique journey. Whether through her writing, coaching, or forums for healing, Abena's mission is clear: to remind every woman that she is seen, she is loved, and—no matter the circumstance—God did not fail her, and He will not fail you.
